Minutes of Conservation Commission Public Meeting

Commissioners Present: Co-Chair John DiBlasio, Co-Chair Dottie Dolan, Lonni Briggs, Ed Reynolds, Cyndi Moe and Ginie Page.
Staff Present: Andrew Petty, Assistant Conservation Agent and Christine Bates, Committee Secretary
Foust, NOI, 475 Chequessett Neck Rd., Map 19, Parcel 125: Replace wooden walkway over salt marsh. Dick Lay represented the applicant. The appropriate paperwork had been received by the State. Cyndi Moe moved to approve Revised Plan 2006-118, dated December 6, 2006, with conditions; seconded by Ginie Page; passed 6-0. The supervisor will be Ginie Page.
Andrew Petty reported there was an Emergency Order for Rheault at 735 Chequessett Neck Road, Map 19, Parcel 112.
Cyndi Moe moved to adjourn at 10:10 am; seconded by Dottie Dolan; passed 6-0.
